Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email awarerhome@universal-therapeutics.com with photos as proof.

Shipping returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds
AwarerHOME is a medical device. Due to the nature of the product, all orders shipped out will not be eligible for refunds.
