Place sample extraction tube in Pouch 1 into the tube holder.

Use oral swab in Pouch 2 and swab over the upper and lower gum lines. Plunge swab into sample extraction tube.

POUCH 3

Use pipette in Pouch 3 and add 2 drops from sample extraction tube into test cassette's sample well.
Voila! Read results after 15 minutes.

NEGATIVE RESULTS

Only control line appears in result window.

POSITIVE RESULT

Two coloured lines appear in result window, one in test region (T) and another one in control region (C). The colour intensity of test line may be weaker or stronger than that of control line. There would be a number of other possibilities for a positive result.
